My stay was delightful as I enjoyed an excellent selection of local beers and the food was so tasty that I found myself wanting to try everything from burgers to the famous huffers, adding to the charm of this lovely spot perfect for weekend strolls and exploring the gorgeous nearby parks.

tucked away in the esex countryside, this place is super cozy with friendly staff makin u feel right at home. our room was large and comfy, clean enuff for a good night's sleep. snagged a tasty fry up for breakfast, best i had in ages! love the local ales they serve too, great variety. definitely a nice spot to chill or grab a meal.
only thing was the wi-fi wasn’t great n the decor could use a little sprucin up.

I truly enjoyed my stay with welcoming warm clean rooms that opened directly onto the garden, making it easy to take relaxing strolls in the fresh air, and the food was hearty local fare that hit the spot after a day of exploring nearby landmarks like the Old Brewery just 1 km away and the Parish Church, which is about 3.5 km away, giving me plenty to discover with just a nice walk.
